Keto Tuna Salad
Ingredients List
- 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna packed in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup Spectrum mayonnaise (zero carbs)
- 1 tablespoon Organicville Dijon mustard
Directions
- Drain the tuna, then combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
