Easy Panko Crusted Baked Cod Fish
Ingredients:
- 2 Lbs. Fresh Wild Caught Cod (about 6, 3” Pieces
- 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Avocado or Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Fresh Parsley (optional)
- Fresh Squeeze of Lemon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Pat cod dry with paper towels to get rid of any excess moisture.
- Season Cod Fish with 1/2 of the salt and pepper.
- Mix panko bread crumbs with oil, and the rest of the salt and pepper and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. of bread crumb mixture over fish and press on top of the fish pieces.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until bread crumbs are toasted and fish is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Note: You an divide this recipe in half for a smaller portion and
